This grand conference, held in the heart of the city of Natchez, will present an array of lectures and continuing education opportunities, designed to enrich the intellectual pursuits of our guests. Professors of repute and scholars of distinction shall impart their wisdom on topics of import, with a view to furthering one's expertise and standing in society.

The Exhibition Hall, resplendent in its adornments, shall showcase the latest innovations and elegant offerings from purveyors of fine goods, tools, and advancements in the industry. From the latest inventions to time-honored crafts, the displays shall rival the finest works seen at the grandest of balls, providing a feast for both the eyes and the mind.

And as the evening hours draw near, the excitement shall not wane. A splendid social gathering in the form of a downtown soirée awaits, where the finest gentlemen and ladies of society shall don their finest attire, and indulge in the pleasures of light conversation, waltzing, and delightful refreshment. Here, alliances will be forged, knowledge shared, and perhaps even a few whispered intrigues exchanged beneath the shimmering chandeliers.

Royal Ball

It is with great pleasure that Lady Dias extends an invitation to attend a Royal Ball during the prestigious YIP Conference, where the 2025 Royal Court will be formally presented. The evening promises an atmosphere of unparalleled elegance, with exquisite dancing, delightful libations, and celebrations that will enchant all in attendance.

Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a first-time waltzer, you will have the opportunity to glide across the floor with grace, guided by our acclaimed instructors.

Ladies are encouraged to don their most splendid Regency Gowns and Headdresses, while Gentlemen should wear a Waistcoat or Tailcoat paired with Breeches. These elegant garments may be sourced from a variety of fine establishments, including the Amazon Modiste.

The Royal Ball will take place on Thursday, February 6th at 8:00 PM, and is included as part of your conference registration.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid cancellation penalties and fees. Unscheduled early departures are subject to cancellation penalties.
