The Markham Hotel, located at 2301 14th Street in Gulfport, Mississippi, is the new home of the 2027 YIP Conference. Stay in the official room block and you'll be right in the middle of all the education, networking, exhibits, and after-hour events. To reserve your room, visit the Markham Hotel website, then enter your dates.  Be sure to click on the SPECIAL CODE box located at the top middle of the hotel page and select the "group attendee code" option in the drop down.  Then enter our code: YIP2027.

• Rates start at $169 per night
• Rooms available Tuesday through Friday
• Discounted room block ends January 27, 2027 (Rooms are limited so make your reservations early).
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
• Credit Card needed to hold room, it will be charged 48 hrs. in advance for 1st night and remainder at check-out.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
