YIPs 2026 Annual Conference

Calling all Bayou Beaus and Pirogue Princesses... Join us at the YIP 2026 Winter Conference.

At this year’s conference, YIPs will start you off like a calm mornin’ down in the bayou—where the coffee’s strong, and the day rolls in slow—before launching into the smooth waters of our education sessions and laid-back networking opportunities. Then we’ll ride the current with an exciting off-property adventure that brings a little extra splash to the week.

Our event is scheduled to help you make the most of your time away from the office—no wadin’ through the muck. Our two-day bayou bash wraps up Friday by noon. Be sure to check out the Tentative Agenda below for all the details floatin’ your way.

CE Sessions -Get those gears turnin’ like a shrimp boat crankin’ up at dawn. Our Continuing Education Sessions offer a prime chance to sharpen your skills and stay relevant with the latest industry currents. Over two days, you’ll have the chance to earn seven (7) hours of Louisiana P&C continuing education, including a 3 hour Flood class. More details will roll in soon—so y’all stay tuned now.

Exhibit Hall -No need to get lost in the reeds - Paddle your way through the YIPs Exhibit Hall, dressed in Cajun-Coastal Style, while agents and company reps swap stories and make connections.   Booths are set up as small high-tops to keep that intimate, Cajun-cozy atmosphere—perfect for chattin’, networkin’, and catchin’ a little business joie de vivre.

Downtown Event -YIPs Conference Attendees are in for a real riverfront romp in charming Natchez, Mississippi! This lively adventure is included in your registration fee, but to help us prep for our event, we kindly ask you to RSVP (see Registration Form). More details about this bayou-style bash will be driftin’ your way soon—get ready to let the good times roll!

Special Activity - This year YIPs is teaming up with CCA Louisiana, a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of Louisiana's marine resources, for our special activity.  More information on this activity will be coming soon, along with a way for you to donate to Louisiana's coastal conservation.  As a special bonus, YIPs will donate $5 from every paid attendee registration to CCA Louisiana.

Exhibitors - Please click the EXHIBIT BUTTON on the event page and enter your company information to sign up as an exhibitor. When done, please go back to the event page and click the REGISTER BUTTON to submit the names of your attendees (even for Booth Workers Only).  

Attendee Registration - Please click the REGISTER BUTTON on the event page and select the “Attendee Registration”.   Please register each attendee individually.  If someone else is paying your registration fee you can forward your invoice to them. Accomodations -Book your REDUCED RATE room at The Natchez Grand Hotel & Suites by visiting The Natchez Grand Hotel Reservation Link or calling 601-446-9994. Be sure to use the Group Code “YIP” when calling in your requests or using the online reservation link. Discounted rates are available 1/28 -1/30 while supplies last.  Space is limited, so make sure to book your room early! Standard room rates start at $129 per room per night dependent upon room type and number of guests per room. Reservation deadline is 01/15/26. Room availability while supplies last. Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid cancellation penalties and fees. Unscheduled early departures are subject to cancellation penalties.
