Legislative Update

2024 LA Regular Legislative Session

UPDATE

First, a THANK YOU is in order for all of our members that emailed their Senator on Judiciary A regarding HB 423 by Melerine (collateral source) and HB 336 by Chenevert (disclosure of litigation financing). This morning in Judiciary A, HB 423 was reported favorable and HB 336 was voluntarily deferred. We hope to see the latter again.
