Big Easy Bash Registration Instructions:

SPONSORS

New Orleans Chapter Annual Sponsors – Please contact Debbie at the N.O. Chapter or Coleen at the PIA office so they can input your sponsorship and complimentary registrations on your behalf as your fees have already been paid with your chapter Annual Sponsorship.

General Sponsors – Please click the SPONSOR BUTTON on the event page and enter your company information.  Choose the level of sponsorship you desire.  When done, please go back to the event page and click the REGISTER BUTTON to submit the names of your attendees.  

ATTENDEE REGISTRATIONS

General Attendees – click the REGISTER BUTTON on the event page and select the “Attendee Registration”  type ($60).  Please register each attendee individually.  If someone else is paying your registration fee you can forward your invoice to them.

Sponsor Complimentary Attendees – If you purchased a sponsorship that includes attendees, please click the REGISTER BUTTON on the event page and select the “BEB Sponsor Comp Registration” type ($0).  Please register each attendee individually.  If you have more attendees than you get complimentarily with your sponsorship please use the general attendee registration link to register the additional participants.

**If you do not know the names of any attendees please wait and register them later...  Do not submit a TBD participant.

EVENT INFORMATION

The Young Insurance Professionals, in conjunction with the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of New Orleans, are ecstatic to host our Annual Big Easy Bash & Bowl at Rock-N-Bowl in New Orleans. This event combines fun, competition, and a great cause. We are eagerly looking forward to seeing you there, decked out in your favorite Halloween attire! The event promises to be an exciting one with cash prizes awaiting those with the best individual, couple, and group costumes. So, bring out your creative side and dress to impress! 

But the fun doesn't stop there! You also have the chance to win more cash prizes with your bowling prowess. So, don't forget to brush up on your bowling skills before the event.

This event is not just about fun and games. All the fundraising proceeds from the event will be donated to a noble cause - Louisiana SPCA

We are sure to have a Frightfully Good time, and can't wait to see you at the Annual Big Easy Bash & Bowl. Mark your calendars and get ready for a night of fun, competition, and charity!

Registration, Happy Hour and Bar opens at 6:00 PM  

Bowler Warm-Up: 6:00 - 6:30 PM

Bowling from 6:30 pm - 8:30 PM

Live Music starts at 8:00 PM 

Bowling Winners & Costume Contest at 8:30 PM 


Pricing

Bash-N-Bowl registration fee is $60

Registration is required for all attendees (non-bowlers included).
